Which date is to be considered for my club?

I read Junior&Coach or look for information within the sector "tournaments" on this website and so I’ll get an overview of all KOMM MIT-activities.
 

Where can I get information about the price of the chosen tournaments?

I enter the details onto the postcard which is enclosed the Junior&Coach and send it to Bonn. A not binding pricelist is to be sent then. I also can send an email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or call the kindly employees of KOMM MIT within the office hours for requesting more information.

How can I fund the journey?

Within the youth sector of my club or the management I present my ideas and ask for benefits. Furthermore every club can ask for subsidies for international youth encounters at its local authority.

How can I integrate the parents?

I invite them to a meeting where I present them my ideas.

Is the spoken agreement of the parents enough?

Normally yes, but I solicit a written agreement within a certain period for every player.

Every participant has to send his own money to KOMM MIT?

No, I collect a deposit of everybody. When I received it I can full fill the booking form and send it to KOMM MIT.

What happens next?

I receive the booking confirmation and the invoice from KOMM MIT. Also they send me lists for players and accompanying persons. I have to pay the deposit. The rest I pay not later than 6 weeks before the tournament starts.

Do I have to book a bus via KOMM MIT?

No, you have the possibility to book a bus via KOMM MIT but you don’t have to. If I decide to book a bus via KOMM MIT I have to send them a description of the pick up point. 

Where do I receive detailed information regarding my trip?

The first important information is to be send about 6 weeks before the tournament starts (special facts about your destination, facts about the football pitches or about excursions).

Where will we stay? Where can the persons at home call us?

I will come to know it by the "last information"-letter which is to be send after having paid the rest of the amount (lately 10 days before the tournament). This is important for the pick up time of the bus, important telephone numbers, hotel, etc.
