The use of the KOMM MIT Banner is free of charge. The corresponding banner code is to be implemented correctly in the club’s website or in a private website. It is not permitted to amend the data or the code without approval of KOMM MIT. Furthermore, KOMM MIT reserves the right to subsequently prohibit the use of the banner and to reclaim the previously provided data. The user is then bound to delete all data related to the KOMM MIT banner from his/her website.

KOMM MIT can only be held liable for damages caused by KOMM MIT, its legal representatives or by one of their vicarious agents through gross negligence or wilful intent. KOMM MIT cannot be held liable for correct functioning of services, infrastructure or transmissions via the internet, which are not part of the area of responsibility of KOMM MIT or its vicarious agents. KOMM MIT denies liability in case of inappropriate use of the banner code by the user.
