All information about KOMM MIT

KOMM MIT is an independent, private, non-profit organisation that has been promoting solidarity among children and young people in Europe for more than 35 years. The focus is on intercultural youth encounters.

FINANCING

KOMM MIT has always been self-financing and receives no subsidies or financial support.

In the past 37 years, we have been able to bring together more than 700,000 children and young people from over 60 nations and have provided more than 100,000 kits and 40,000 balls to the clubs at grassroots level. Over the past decades, we have honoured more than 2,500 volunteer coaches and provided travel subsidies to help teams that would not have been able to send their players without these subsidies – all financed from our own funds. Through participation in our events for international understanding, we are able to finance our various support projects. Ultimately, everything goes from the grassroots back to the grassroots.
