Late registrations can be accepted until the official registration deadline (6 weeks before the tournament), subject to availability. After the official registration deadline, late registrations will only be processed or confirmed upon request.

KOMM MIT brings together over 25,000 children and young people from over 60 different nations in several European countries every year. Through the sporting and cultural supporting program, children and young people learn important and sustainable values for social coexistence. Team trips strengthen the team spirit and cohesion of the teams and promote communication with each other.

Am Anfang des KOMM MIT-Turniers findet für alle Mannschafts­verantwortlichen der Vereine eine Turnierbesprechung statt. Dort werden grundsätzliche Informationen zum Turnier gegeben. Der Programmablauf wird detailliert dargelegt und die grundsätzlichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten werden kurz vorgestellt.

Des Weiteren findet eine Erläuterung bezüglich des sportlichen Teils statt, wo auch über  die Turnierregeln gesprochen wird. Es werden zudem alle KOMM MIT-Mitarbeiter*innen kurz vorgestellt, damit Ihr schon mal einen kurzen Eindruck von Euren Ansprechpartnern*innen bekommt.    ​​​​​​​

At the end of every KOMM MIT tournament, there is the final day with the closing ceremony.

The day starts with the qualifying games (quarter or semi-finals) in the individual age groups. The final games will then take place. These are accompanied by music and presentation. The teams that do not play final matches will be in the stadium by the last final game at the latest. There, they watch the game before the AllTogether graduation ceremony begins.

At the ceremony, a few words of thanks are said before the award ceremony begins. Where permitted, the award ceremony will end with fireworks.

Eine internationale Reise mit KOMM MIT schweißt das Team zusammen und stärkt den Teamgeist!

Damit alle Spieler*innen unabhängig vom Einkommen der Eltern bzw. den eigenen finanziellen Möglichkeiten teilnehmen können, könnt Ihr verschiedene Fördergelder für die Teilnahme beantragen oder mit unterschiedlichen Aktionen die Vereins- bzw. Mannschaftskasse  aufbessern:

- durch verschiedene Fördertöpfe für die Teilnahme über Kommunen, Länder oder private Stiftungen

- durch Crowdfunding Spenden sammeln: KOMM MIT kooperiert in diesem Bereich mit FAIRPLAID und unterstütz hier gerne

- Vereinsaktionen (z.B. Grillstand, Tombola, etc.) organisieren

- Sponsoren suchen und anfragen

Dadurch könnt ihr die Kosten für alle Teilnehmenden reduzieren oder einzelne Spieler*innen bei der Finanzierung entlasten.

After the accommodation has been checked by a hotel employee or KOMM MIT employee, you will receive the deposit back, provided that there is no damage demonstrably caused by the group.

A theft should be reported to the police station.

The additional days are either before or after the tournament and are available for free, e.g. for trips. The KOMM MIT employees will also be on site then.

Any type of allergy or food intolerance and eating habits can be reported to KOMM MIT before the trip. The information will be forwarded to the accommodation/catering. Ideally, you should point this out again when you check in.

All referees at KOMM MIT have a valid referee license from their home association.

Nein. Nach Einweisung am Turnierbüro begibt sich die Gruppe selbstständig zum Hotel und dort zur Rezeption zum Check-In.

Depending on the time of arrival, the property will be driven to the property after check-in. The opening ceremony of the tournament usually takes place in the evening.
