our Motivation

Bringing the soul of Europe to life!

Our mission

Promoting the transmission of values among children and young people

In a pleasant environment, we enable children and young people to develop positive personality traits and to experience and learn socially relevant values.

We focus on informal learning through sporting activities in order to bring together as many children and young people from Europe as possible. Football, as a team sport, is particularly suitable here. This serves as a global means of communication.

With selected events, we create an age-appropriate framework and ideal circumstances here so that children and young people, across borders, grow up healthily and learn democratic values such as respect, the acceptance of differences and thus demonstrate attitudes in the fight against racism and anti-Semitism.

It is also important to promote gender equality and inclusive behaviour, which we support with targeted projects. Promoting international understanding in Europe and the world at an early stage and thus building sustainable solidarity for the future is a matter close to our hearts. Our concern is, in addition to our own actions, to empower other institutions, especially sports clubs, to pursue the same goals. To this end, we relieve them of the burden of procuring club equipment, among other things, in order to create resources for socially relevant projects.

With targeted partnerships, we strengthen the “backbone” of the sporting offer for children and young people: The voluntary work in clubs.

Informal learning should also be made possible for everyone in the team. Equal opportunities play a special role here. We promote these extensively.

My team is europe!

Europe means: practised diversity in kindergartens, schools, universities, workplaces and public institutions. Border-free travel as a sign of border-free accommodation, as an invitation to experience this diversity – to feel: this is Europe.

Since 1993, our activities and our work have been related to social sustainability. The United Nations 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global plan to promote sustainable peace and prosperity and to protect the planet. Our eight funding areas work towards the 17 UN goals. Through various sponsorships and projects, we do our part to ensure that future generations can also develop in a positive environment.

Football is our means to this end. Our work focuses on strengthening club life. Because just as it can work on a small scale, it can also work on a large scale. Club life can reflect a real image of our society here in Germany and also on a European level. We are convinced Europeans.

Our vision

We are shaping a Europe of solidarity for the children of today and tomorrow.

Respecting differences and celebrating commonalities, together for a future of solidarity. All this is reflected in the work of KOMM MIT.

“ALLtogether – for peaceful coexistence” – has been our motto and attitude for decades. To this end, we use sport (football) as a means to bring the Europe of tomorrow together today.

Over the past decades, solidarity has ensured peace in Europe and laid the foundations for health and prosperity. Europe means: practised diversity in kindergartens, schools, universities, workplaces and public institutions. Border-free travel as a sign of a warm welcome, as an invitation to experience – to feel – this diversity.

This must be preserved for present generations and safeguarded for future ones.

Our goals

What are the goals for sport and society that we want to achieve with our projects?
