KOMM MIT as a finalist for the German Sustainability Award 2026
KOMMMIT is one of the finalists of the German Sustainability Award 2026 — in the category “Product” of the transformation field society. This honors the non-profit organization's long-term commitment to sustainable youth promotion and social responsibility in soccer.

For over 40 years, KOMM MIT has been connecting young people from all over the world through soccer, strengthening volunteer work and creating spaces for intercultural encounters. Every year, around 25,000 children and young people from over 60 nations take part in international KOMM MIT tournaments. In doing so, they experience that diversity is a strength on the playing field — regardless of origin, religion or gender.
KOMMMIT shows that sustainable change in sport starts where community is created: when sport enables social participation, young people assume responsibility and the idea of fair play has an impact beyond the field.

ALLTOGETHER — since 1983.
Special thanks go out to all partners and companions — including UEFA, the DFB, the 21 national associations, JAKO AG, PSD Bank West eG, UNICEF España and many other supporters.
The nomination is recognition of decades of commitment in youth soccer and an appreciation for the entire KOMM MIT team, which works day after day to build bridges between people through soccer.
